- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Penitentiary, Atlanta, Georgia, intends to issue solicitation RFQP03011600015 for Quarterly Subsistence - Meat. This solicitation will be 100% restricted for small businesses. The delivery will be FOB destination. Delivery dates will be from April 1, 2016 through April 25, 2016. Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary, 601 McDonough Blvd., S.E., Atlanta, GA 30315. Firm-fixed price contracts will be awarded by the Government. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single award or multiple awards. The Government will award to responsible vendors who submit quotes that conform to the solicitation and are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government; past performance and price will be considered. Prices will be rated higher than past performance. Past Performance will be evaluated on past performance with USP Atlanta, other Federal Bureau of Prisons institutions and Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs). Rating will consist of contractor's ability to deliver within the timeframe required and quality of goods delivered, and will then be rated as a go or no-go. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 12, 2016 and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have accurate and up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated deadline for receipt of quotes is March 6, 2016. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Each potential vendor is required to complete representations and certifications via the Online Representation and Certification Applications (OCRA) at http://orca/bpn.gov.
