- Corrected version of draft ALCS-R SOO It has come to the government's attention that an incorrect version of the draft ALCS-R SOO was attached on the RFI release date of 18 May 2015. The purpose of this update is to attach the correct version of the SOO. The difference between the correct version of the SOO and the version previously posted is the addition to Section 6.6 - Data Deliverables, Data Rights and Open Systems Objective.
