Description
HSCGG1-16-B-PFA007 ISSUE DATE: 16 NOVEMBER 2015 Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install 2nd egress stair at the Sail Loft from the basement to the 2nd floor. The project includes the removal of the existing acoustic ceiling tiles, grid, hangers, light fixtures, wood wainscot wall panels, millwork, carpet, concrete slabs, etc., within the construction area. Project also includes the removal of selected steam radiators and piping, and reconnecting steam and condensate lines to complete supply and return loops for a complete and functioning system. Existing exterior walls, windows, doors, frames, electric panel, etc. shall remain unless otherwise indicated. Provide new concrete filled metal pan tread egress stair, steel pipe and bar railing system, gypsum board walls, and block walls. Provide new electrical conduit, receptacles, switches, wiring, cover plates, 1x4 LED light fixtures, etc. and additional items noted on drawings. The performance period is estimated to be 20 weeks with 4 consecutive weeks on site. The estimated value of the procurement is between $150,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 16 November 2015. The tentative date set for receipt of bids is scheduled for 16 December 2015 at 2:00 pm. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and institutional building construction with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
