- This is a Combined Synopsis/ SOLICITATION for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisitions Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N00259-16-T-0070 and it is issued for reference only. The closing date is 01 Feb 16 @ 06:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time.
