- Description
- This is Amendment 0003. This description is a correction to the original Summary Description. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract in which the contractor shall provide labor, equipment, and materials to convert 22,000 square foot (SF) warehouse into various admin office spaces, multiple processing spaces, and several detention holding spaces. Construction will also include plumbing/ sewage line additions to include city utility connections, security/ data system, detention grade toilet/ sink fixtures to include exhaust system, fire protection systems, and supporting furnishing for all spaces. Also, HVAC (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and back-up generator system will be provided for the 22,000.
