This is a DRAFT Request For Prposal (RFP), Solicitation Number FA8773-16-R-8002, for Defensive Cyber Realization, Integration & Operational Support (DCRIOS). There is no solicitation available at this time. This DRAFT RFP is published for the sole purpose of providing industry an opportunity to comment on the Government's anticipated RFP, which it intends to release at a later date. The proposed Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Model Contract, and any other attachments are not necessarily in their final form. The Government reserves the right to amend, alter, or otherwise modify any or all parts of these documents prior to the anticipated official RFP release. This Draft RFP is for planning purposes only and does not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. This announcement is for information planning purposes only and proposals are not requested. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any actual procurement of services. This announcement does not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future. The Air Force anticipates a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and include FFP. CPFF and CR Line Items. It is anticipated that this effort will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Program set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541512. The purpose of this procurement is to provide the 92 COS with the management, engineering and technical support services required to support the establishment, maintenance, and evolution of the 92 COS cyber assessment program and the execution of the assessments defined by this program. 38 CONS encourages industry input, comments and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition and to improve the understanding of Government requirements and industry capabilities. The Government reserves the right to reject or respond in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. Potential interested vendors are required to submit questions and or comments to the Draft RFP in the attached QA format (Excel). All submissions are due no later than 3:00 PM (CDT) on 5 Feb 2016.
