- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract which will include multiple NSNs. A total of 2 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This Solicitation will be Unrestricted. Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply. Qualified Producer List (QPL) 6645 applies to this procurement. These are Life Support as well as a Critical Application Items FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1670-00-855-1670 and 1670-01-083-1397. The proposed contract will be for a total 5 year period of performance. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The below list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1670-00-855-1670 Pilot Parachute Assembly Estimated Annual Demand is 17 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 4 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 17 each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 128 each. Government First Article Testing and Textile Testing apply. Delivery is 90 days for the Textile Sample, 65 days for Testing and Evaluation, 180 days for the First Article Sample, 65 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 270 days for the Production Quantity. The total delivery is 670 days ARO. NSN 1670-01-083-1397 Personnel Parachute Canopy Estimated Annual Demand is 107 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 27 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 107 each. Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 803 each. Government First Article Testing, Textile Testing, and Production Lot Testing apply. Delivery is 90 days for the Textile Sample, 35 days for Testing and Evaluation, 180 days for the First Article Sample, 35 days for Testing and Evaluation, 180 days for the Production Quantity/PLT, 35 days for Lot Testing and Evaluation, and 15 days for the Unit Requested Delivery. The total delivery is 570 days ARO. SURGE is NOT required. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is February 10, 2016.
