Description

Synopsis for Closed Circuit Video (CCV) System Installation in Tucson, AZ Request for Quote (RFQ) HSHQW9-16-Q-00003 The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase and installation of a CCV System for a Federal Building in Tucson, AZ. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the size standard is $20.5 million. The source selection process to be utilized for this acquisition is best value. The submission requirements and evaluation criteria will be defined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Period of Performance for the installation is the issuance date of the Notice to Proceed and completed by no later than May 31st, 2016. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, supervision, training, licenses, and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). No contract award shall be made to any contractor that does not have an active registration in the System for Award Management at such time as the government is prepared to make an award. This is a synopsis only, NO DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED AT THIS TIME. The RFQ documents should be posted by Friday, February 5th, 2016.
