- Drawing Package Addendum for N66604-16-R-0111 J1130 Connector Assembly Kits Synopsis #N66604-16-R-0111, NUWC Code 40, Connector Assembly Kits The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to manufacture and deliver thirty-seven (37) J1130 Connector Assembly Kits in accordance with Drawing Package Addendum (Attachment #1). The Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure will be as follows: CLIN 0001: Thirty-seven (37) J1130 Connector Assembly Kits in accordance with Drawing Package Addendum (Attachment #1). * *The first unit will be subject to First Article Fitment Testing. Awards will be made on the basis of the Best Value to the Government. Acquisition will be solicited as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 334417; Size standard is 500 employees. The anticipated solicitation release date is 27 February, 2016. RFP period will be 35 days. The resulting contract will be for 9 months, with the first unit delivery required 6 months after award, and the remaining units delivered 9 months after award.
