- Western Area Power Administration has a Brand Name Only requirement for JEMStar brand meters; JEMStar model JS-09S6120-43-DNP-12CH and JEMStar model JS-08S6120-43-DNP-12CH. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Code is 334513 and the business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation closes 02 February 2016 at 0800 CST. All products quoted must be JEMStar brand only, see attached brand name justification for details. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the quote. Only new items are acceptable; no refurbished items will be considered. If you wish to offer a quote, please quote all items as award will be made to only one vendor whose quote meets the requirements and is Lowest Price.
