- W912C3-16-T-0003-RFQ-ConformedCopyAfterAmend 0003-25Jan2016 W912C3-16-T-0003- Amendment 0003 AMENDMENT 0002: The purpose of the amendment is to extend the date and time for receipt of quotes and to schedule a conference with the hotels (at Fort Buchanan) to go over the Request for quote and answer questions of concerns. See amendment 0002 for details. Please ensure you use Amendment 0001conformed copy to submit the Request for Quote. Ensure you submit copies of the signed amendments with your quote. Ensure you submit pricing as required for subclins for base and each option. Ensure you read the entire requirement and provide all requested. AMENDMENT 0003: The purpose of the amendment is to answer questions submitted by Vendors, Change FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation, Delete information under subclin 0001AS (Lunch Buffet Adults) for Base Period and Option periods and incorporate information in subclins 0001AN (Breakfast and Lunch Buffet for Adults for Base Period and Option Periods, Change the Period of Performance to 1 March 2016 through 28 February 2017 and Extend the date and time for receipt of Quotes. To obtain all details on the information provided under Amendment 0003, See Amendment 0003 and W912C3-16-T-0003-RFQ ConformedCopyAfterAmend0003-25Jan2016. Vendors shall disregard the original solicitation, and the previous W912C3-16-T-0003-RFQ-Conformed copy issued under Amendment 0001. Vendors shall submit all pricing in W912C3-16-T-0003-RFQ-ConformedCopyAfterAmend0003-25Jan2016. Vendors shall also provide a signed copy of all amendments issued, sample copies of menus, hotel floorplans, with their quote and all other documents required in the solicitation.
