Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 39,951 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 39,951 Space Type: Warehouse - 1,336 ABOA SF of Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 0 Full Term: 20 years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: • Minimum 17-foot ceiling height • HVAC for office portion only • Four (4) electric roll-up doors • 240-volt capability throughout • Loading dock capable of receiving delivery from large trucks Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
