- Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division, intends to acquire 8600 Meters High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) Wire. This item will be acquired on a sole source basis from American Superconducting in accordance with specifications and shall be subject to quality assurance inspections. Due to the subject matter of the requirement, those interested in obtaining a Request for Quotation shall make their request by EMAIL ONLY and submit a copy their Joint Certification Program (JCP) certificate. This requirement will be a Firm Fixed-Price, 100% Small Business Set-Aside and a Purchase Order shall be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13.5
