General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Tallahassee Delineated Area: North: Junction of Capital Circle and 27 South: Tennessee/Mahan East: Exit 209 (Highway 10-Mahan Dr) and I-10 Junction West: Capital Circle Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,900 (2,100 Office) (1,800 Warehouse) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,215 (2,415 Office) (1,800 Warehouse) Space Type: Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): Outside parking per code; covered parking for 6 boats with trailers Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: TBD Additional Requirements: Agency Specific and Security Requirements for the U.S. Geological Survey Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
