- **Corrected AC Capacitor amount from thirty three (33) to thirty six (36).** The Contractor shall provide qualified labor, tools, materials, parts, travel, etc., and necessary supervision to initially replace eighty (80) each Dynasty UPS 12-400MR batteries or equivalent for the current UPS system, the replacement of thirty-six (36) each DC 5800uF, 300 DC, and the replacement of thirty-three (33) each 40uF, 600VAC stud mount capacitors or compatible substitute for the current UPS system. The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance and repair of UPS and battery bank located on the ARSOUTH HQ in building 1000 in Fort Sam Houston, TX. **There is no current maintenance contract in place. ** The UPS is a Powerware model 9315-300 UPS System. The replacement components must be compatible to this system. **A site visit will be held on 15 January 2016 at 1000L. The POC for this site visit will be Mr. Rodney Key.
