- CS3 Section J Attachment J-8 - Amendment 06 CS3 Q&A Part 6 CS3 SF30 Amendment 06 This upload represents Amendment 06 to the Request for Proposal (RFP) #QTA0015SDA4003 for the Complex Commercial Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Solutions (CS3) acquisition. The purpose of this amendment is to provide currently complete answers to questions received from prospective offerors and amend Sample Task Order #1 (Section J Attachment J-8). This amendment excludes other amended RFP Sections. Subsequent amendments will provide additional answers to offeror questions and amend specific sections of the CS3 RFP as appropriate.
