The United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services Division in Portland OR, has plans to award using other than full and open competition to GC Micro located in Petaluma, CA. The requirement is to provide parts for an existing internet server for USFWS Carlsbad Fish and Wildlife Office. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition, and is not a request for competitive proposals.
