- Workers Comp Form Experience Questionnaire Wage Determination Solicitation AG-02RC-S-16-0018 Fenn Ranger Station Janitorial Services The performance-based services covered in this contract requires the contractor to provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies (except those supplies specified to be furnished by the Government), and incidentals necessary to perform janitorial services at locations set forth herein in strict compliance with the specifications, provisions, terms, and conditions of this solicitation. This solicitation is for a base year plus 4 option years. One award will be made. Buildings to be included: Main Office, Assessment Office, Fire Office, Visitor Center, and Cookhouse.
