- The Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, requires to contract HVAC maintenance services located at the Chancery building. Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The response date in this synopsis has yet to be fixed; please see the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the actual date. The requirement is to provide scheduled and unscheduled services for the Chancery building in the Republic of Singapore. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on the Fedbizopps during the month of February 2016. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. NOTE: No electronic submissions shall be accepted. Only hardcopy submissions will be accepted. Prospective Offerors are advised that registration in the System for Award Management is required prior to award in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7, System for Award Management.
