- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualifications of Small Businesses, including 8(a), Hub Zone and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned firms relative to the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 337214.The Department of Veteran's Affairs is seeking small business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers, of functionally equivalent equipment to all the following: Full Office Workstationns-66"X 24" desk with 42"x24" Return (15) EA Under Desk filing cabinets (2) EA Tack Board for each workstation (15) EA Keyed overhead cabinets with task lights (2) EA Cubicle partitions 66" (15) EA Accessories and components related to the assembly of a fully functional workstation (access holes, grommets, power and data troughs, etc.) Reception area furniture-Wraparound desk with privacy panel, standard height (42") reception counter and ADA height (32") reception counter. Reception desk shall have at least a (24") deep work surface and have room for a guest computer and a mail sorting box (Sized 36" x 24" x 66" with the lower 30" being a cabinet and the top 36" be a mail sorting box. Can't exceed dimensions. Office Type Chairs in leather or vinyl finish (18) EA Guest Chairs in leather or vinyl finish (16) EA End table 24' x 24" (1) EA Conference table 48" x 24" (1) EA Round Conference table 48" (1) EA Straight desk 66" x 24" with 2 under the desk filing cabinets Installation by vendor is required and must be all inclusive except for final connections to electrical data systems Panels, Panel trim, Electrical, Work surfaces, Accessories, Overhead shelves, Filing Storage, Freedom seating, Ergonomic accessories, Installation. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION. Please be advised that the Government will not pay for any information submitted under this announcement. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 337214 (Office Furniture (except Wood) manufacturing).
