Please include RFQ M67001-16-T-0005 in the subject line The Government will not accept questions after 6 November 2015 at 11:30 AM EST. 10-22-15 Synopsis posted Marine Corps Installations East- Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune has a requirement for a non-personal services contract for the repair and maintenance of Government owned automatic, heavy duty type, electric washers and dryers located in Government facilities aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune and its satellite activities. The resultant requirements contract will be for the period of 21 January 2016 (or date of award, whichever is later), through 20 January 2017 (or one year from date of award), plus four one-year priced-out option periods. Proposed acquisition will be is 100% HUBZone set-aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 811412 Appliance Repair and Maintenance, and the small business size standard is $15 million. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. Scope of Requirement: a) Repair and maintenance to include operational checks and comprehensive vent and duct cleaning of all dryers' duct work of approximately 2,600 automatic, heavy duty type top load washers, 2,250 single dryers, 1000 double stacked dryers, and 75 washer/dryer stackable combinations for approximately 250 barracks located aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, Camp Geiger, Camp Johnson, and Stone Bay, North Carolina. b) Installation of new Government owned machines in new barracks or barracks currently under renovation with no machines in place - currently about 11 barracks for Fiscal Year (FY) 2016, and 2017. Plans for FY 2018, 2019, and 2020 are not available at this time; c) Removal of machines from barracks to be renovated. About five (5) barracks scheduled for FY 2016, and 2017. Plans for FY 2018, 2019, and 2020 are not available at this time. The solicitation will contain the complete Performance Work Statement (PWS). Government Request for Quote (RFQ), M67001-16-Q-0004, to provide this service will be issued on or around 29 October 2015. The solicitation will be available for download via the electronic data interchange at FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
