- ATCH ATCH ATCH This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-0010 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85 dated 4 Jan 2016.This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $15M. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation. The following is a descriptions and the list of items requested under this RFQ: Work covered by this contract shall consist of removal and replacement of the existing RSOC fan motor, compressor and associated components, suction service shutoff valve, and two liquid filter driers within the existing roof top unit CU-2 (Reference drawing M101) located at the Riverlands Sanctuary Orientation Center (RSOC)/Audubon Center located at 301 Riverlands Way, West Alton, MO, 63386. Work shall include all modifications necessary to the existing system components to complete installation to functional and operational condition in accordance with the contract specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals required for removal and disposal of existing items and system components and procurement, delivery, and installation of new items and system components to functional and operational condition as described herein and provide all supervision to plan, administer, and perform the specified services. All work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications and in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes. All work shall be performed to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer or authorized representative thereof.
