- 100% Small Business Set Aside To provide all material, labor, equipment, travel, per diem, and lodging to travel to Arab British Engine Company, (ABECO) facility located in Cairo, Egypt to provide repair and calibration of CMM machine in accordance Scope of Work. Contractor shall provide detailed proposal of all cost for review to include estimate of days required in country. TRAVEL COST: ____________ LABOR RATE: ____________ EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES:_____________ ALL VENDORS SUBMITTING A BID MUST READ ALL RESTRICTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS OF TRAVELING TO EGYPT: SECURITY AND RESTRICTIONS ON TRAVELING IN CERTAIN REGIONS OF EGYPT; VISA AND PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS; LIMITATION ON HEALTHCARE; AND TRAVEL OVER 30 DAYS IN COUNTRY. ALL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT: http://travel.state.gov/content/passports/english/country/egypt.html Contractor must purchase insurance in accordance with FAR clause 52.228-3 -DEFENSE BASE INSURANCE REQUIRED, prior to departure to any work under contract. Copy of proof of purchase required.
