- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Janitorial Services in Groton, Middletown and Norwich, CT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Provide all materials, labor and equipment needed to provide janitorial service to military recruiting stations in Groton, Middletown and Norwich, CT. This solicitation will be available on or about 1 February 2016. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILALABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561720 with a Small Business Size Standard of $18M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
