- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website when it is available. The requirement is for packing and crating services of House Hold Effects, Unaccompanied Air Baggage, Personal Owned Vehicles and Supplies for the American Embassy in Brussels Belgium. The anticipated performance is for a one-year base period and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. The Government plans to issue the solicitation during the month of February 2016. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. All contractors have to be registered in SAM (System Award Management) database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to submittal of quotations/proposals. NOTE: The response date in this FEDBIZZOPPS is not a firm date. Please see the Request For Proposal (RFP) for the actual date. Electronic Submission/Responses: No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
