- MHS RFP W15QKN-15-R-0002 Amendment 0004 Modular Handgun System (MHS) - Amendment 0004 to Request for Proposal (RFP) for Solicitation Number W15QKN-15-R-0002 Description: Solicitation Number W15QKN-15-R-0002 was issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of the XM17 Modular Handgun System (MHS) on 28 August 2015. Amendment 0004 to the Modular Handgun System (MHS) Request for Proposal (RFP) addresses the following items: 1) Section E - Change Point of Contact (POC) for Wipe Test Clause 52.246-4065-Section c(9) 2) Section G - Fill-in Contractor's Point of Contact (POC) information 3) Section H - A) Renumber Section H.5.2.1.2 to H.5.2.2.2 - correct typographical error-no impact B) Clarify Sections H.5.2.2.1 & H.5.2.2.2 4) Section L - Clarify Sections L.1.5.18 and L.2.1 5) AR-PD-177 A) Clarify written instructions from amendment 0003-Section A 6) Update to RFP Section A, to include industry questions with Government responses NOTE: Questions start at number 120 as they are being are numbered sequentially starting from the last question in Amendment 0003.
