- FA4877-16-Q-0134 Portable Toilets - PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-16-Q-0134 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86, Defense Circular Number 20151230, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2015-1001. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 562991 with a size standard of $7.5M. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001 - Portable Chem Toilets w/ Hand Sanitizer (IAW PWS)- 180 Each CLIN 0002 - Handicapped Portable Chem Toilets w/ Hand Sanitizer (IAW PWS) - 20 Each CLIN 0003 - Delivery on 10 March 2016 and Pick-up on 13 March 2016 (IAW PWS) CLIN 0004 - Portable Chem Toilets Daily Servicing (IAW PWS) 52.252-1, Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference (FEB 1998) This solicitation incorporates one or more solicitation provisions by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
