- SOW Attachment Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Material Measurement Laboratory (MML), Biomolecular Division (BMD) is seeking expert scientific support services in the expansion of the NIST/ National Institutes of Health (NIH)/ Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Mass Spectral Library by adding Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) data for compounds that are of practical analytical importance in the areas of biology, industry, and environmental analysis. The Contractor shall search for GC-MS data in the open literature and prepare these data for addition to the NIST/NIH/EPA Mass Spectral Library.
