- SF 1449 Solicitation Document with attached Statement of Work (SOW). The purpose of this solicitation action is to establish an ongoing, insured, commercial armored transportation service in support of designated Los Angeles area pick-up sites, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), in the area of Los Angeles, CA has an immediate requirement for armored transportation services. Typical performance requires the contractor to provide pick-up and delivery of cash and financial instruments to designated locations within the Los Angeles, CA area. Full requirements are contained in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
