- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi will award a sole source order Simplified Acquisitions Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-2-Unusal and Compelling Urgency. Delay in award of a contract would result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government, to Edwards Electric Service, LLC, to replace high voltage switch to the powerhouse. This notice is neither a request for a quotation nor a solicitation of offers as no solicitation documents are available. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source of a full and open competition basis. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal request for quotation package is available.
