- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) requires Environmental Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services at various PBGC facilities located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. In addition to routine preventitive maintenance and repair services, this requirement also has a non-routine/emergency repair component with a 4-hour response time. PBGC anticipates awarding a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. The period of performance will include a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The anticipated award date is April 1, 2016. PBGC plans to issue the solicitation on FBO.gov in the coming weeks as a 100% small business set-aside. No additional information will be made available until the solicitation is released.
