- Solicitation W911SA-16-T-0038 will be issued on or about 29 January 2016 and can be accessed through www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services for four locations in Indiana. The locations include: Kingsbury, Hobart and two locations in South Bend. The period of performance will be from 01 April 2016 (or subsequent date) through 30 March 2017 with four (4) option periods and one six month (6) month option to extend services. Vendors interested in this requirement should access www.fbo.gov for issuance for the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments.
