- 20087285 Determination & Finding (D&F) 20087285 DIAS Statement of Work U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a Purchase Order to Kevin Andrews, Dba NBC Consulting (a Small Business), for technical suppport services and software customization services. These services include, but are not limited to modifying and enhancing both DIAS COR and account applications which are tailored specificaly for CBP. In addition, classroom support with presentations for all CBP Communications Security (COMSEC scheduled courses is included. The Period of Perofmrance will be a Base Period and Two (2) Option Periods as follows: Base Period 01/26/2016 through 01/25/2017 Option OPeriod One 01/26/2017 through 01/25/2018 (If Exercised) Option Period Two 01/26/2018 through 01/25/2019 (If Exercised) Approved Justification and Authroization is attached. This is a notice of intent to award as a sole source requirement to Kevin Andrews, DBA NBC Cponsulting. This procurement ncludes DIAS Helpdesk Support for the Periods of Performance as stated above. This proposed contract action is for a supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any company who believes that they can provide the required supply should e-mail their company's capability information to the attention of Jon A. Massey no later than 11:00 a.m. EST, December 17, 2016 at jon.massey@dhs.gov. Only e-mail responses will be accepted.
