- Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION: This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any services whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will NOT accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in a future RFP, if one is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website located at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor FedBizOpps for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This Special Notice is to find potential source to provide Real Property Management Services. We are requesting capability statements from potential source interested in providing Real Property Management Services at the Pentagon. If your company has the capability to provide Real Property Management Service please submit a capability statement addressing the following six (6) areas. 1. Knowledge of Real Property policies and procedures at all levels; installation, major command, military services, Headquarters, Defense agencies, OSD and civilian Federal agencies. 2. Experience in identifying and categorizing real property in support of Real Property Categorization System and cost factors to maximize funding for sustainment. 3. Real property inventory requirements relating to the POM, FSM Models, RPIR, RPIM, CIP, Linear Segmentation, Unique Identification Registry and CFOA Reporting. 4. Knowledge of construction and modernization as it applies to the Real Property Inventory. Ensure project documentation, financial information and real property data elements are captured. 5. Implement a consistent plan for achieving Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) objectives for WHS to become audit ready. 6. Support WHS in responding to OSD initiatives such as Disposal Databank, Reduce the Footprint, Defense Agency Reconciliation, etc.
