- Registration Form BEPSmallBizVOS-01-2526-2016 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) will be hosting a SMALL BUSINESS VENDOR OUTREACH SESSION (VOS), January 25th & 26th, in Fort Worth, Texas. The purpose of the VOS is to continue to ensure that a fair proportion of the total purchase and contracts for products and services for the Government shall be placed with small business concerns. These sessions will allow vendors to present the company's capability statements during a one-on-one meeting with the BEP's Small Business Specialist (SBS) in order to match government prime contract opportunities that support the operation of BEP's Western Currency Facility (WCF). The SBS will meet with small A&E/Construction firms that are Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and HUBZone (HZ) businesses only. Also, if your company is SDVOSB or HUBZone and provide the following products or services with the following NAICS codes below, you may setup an appointment: 1. 326112 Shrink Wrap 2. 325180 Chemicals Manufacturing 3. 423310, 444190 Lumber 4. 423510, 423330 Sheet Metal 5. 423710, 444130 Hardware Suppliers 6. 541310 A&E Services 7. 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 8. 238 Specialty Trades Construction WHERE: Bureau of Engraving & Printing, 1700 Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, Texas DATES: January 25th & 26th TIME: Monday & Tuesday 9:00am - 3:00pm REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Registration begins January 8th, 2016, 6:00am Eastern Time (ET), closing date is January 20th, at 2:30pm ET or when the registration limit has been reached (whichever comes first).
