Description

Synopsis: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 of the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to SIZEWISE RENTALS, LLC 3555 W RENO AVE #E, LAS VEGAS NV, 89118. This is under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253 (c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The proposed procurement is to provide services for Mattress Rentals to Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768-2200. This agreement will be a firm fixed price contract. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 326199 and the size standard is 750 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
