Description

(i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)The solicitation number is: VA259-16-Q-0418, and it is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. (iv)This solicitation is not set-aside for Small Business. NAICS: 519130 Contract Line Items: UpToDate Anywhere online Subscription for Montana Healthcare System with one option year. Base price - February 1, 2016 to January 31 2017. Qty 1 ea Option year - February 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018. Qty 1 ea (v)Description of requirements for the items to be acquired (Statement of Work): It is the intent of the Government to contract for the procurement of an online comprehensive, integrated differential diagnosis and treatment database for all providers and any other staff as needed who work at any location in VA Montana Health Care System for internal medicine. Authentication will be through IP address validation on an enterprise basis, eliminating the need for users to enter identification, username and/or password. The ability to access the database remotely from outside the VHA network through password/ID or through Athens is required. Date and place of delivery (FOB Destination): Delivery shall be February 1, 2016.
