- DOL-OPS-15-R-00062 Amend 000004 -- IT Integration Engineering Support Services The purpose of this amendment is to cancel Solicitation No. DOL-OPS-15-R-00062, for IT Engineering Support Services. The determination to cancel the Solicitation is based on the following: (1) the Solicitation did not adequately address the needs of the Department, (2) the evaluation criteria, as written, did not ensure a fair and equal competition among offerors, and (3) the number of questions received regarding the Solicitation required a complete revision. Accordingly, it is in the best interest of the Department to cancel Solicitation No. DOL-OPS-15-R-00062. A new request for proposal (RFP) that resolves the issues above will be forthcoming immediately following the cancellation of the aforementioned solicitation. See amendment 4.
