- RFQ-MA-16-00001 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires warehouse operations, equipment management and transportation support services for government equipment used for emergency responses and counter terrorism hazardous material cleanups on a 24 hour, seven day per week basis throughout the New England Region 1 for the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Major requirements and expectations of the contractor under this contract are for necessary labor services, equipment, and materials necessary to perform all those routing tasks normally associated with warehouse facility operations and management. The contractor shall maintain a complete inventory and maintenance schedule of the emergency response equipment stored at an EPA/Government provided facility.
