- Request for Information Attachment - Capabilities Matrix Request for Information - Drive Through Portals THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. U.S. Customs and Border Protections is interested in identifying vendors that can provide drive-through portal scanners to support the Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) program. The anticipated requirements are outlined in the attached RFI documents. Vendors are requested to return their responses by January 21, 2016 at 4:00pm ET.
