- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Western Federal Lands Highway Division(WFLHD) intends to issue an RFQ to existing WFLHD Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders for Geotechnical Drilling Services for Wells Creek Road Landslide in Douglas County Oregon under RFQ DTFH7016Q00012. Western Federal Lands Highway Division previously sought qualified suppliers for Geotechnical Drilling and support services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items and in conjunction with FAR 13.303, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, BPA. Geotechnical Drill companies interested in quoting on this work will need to have an established BPA with Western Federal Lands Highway Division. The BPA will be established for Geotechnical Drilling and support services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items and in conjunction with FAR 13.303, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, BPA.
