Description
Vendor Questionnaire Scope of Work "THIS IS A PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH ADAMS AND ASSOCIATES, INC., AT THE ST. LOUIS JOB CORPS CENTER AND NOT WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT"   Scope of Work for: Locks for Dorms St. Louis Job Corps Center Operated by Adams and Associates, Inc. For the U.S. Department of Labor       Prepared by: Marian Dillard   Scope of Work ID: STLJC2016-001   The St Louis Job Corps Center has three (3) dormitories housing students. There are a total of 464 door locks that need core changes. This represents three (3) dorms. Dorm A Female Dorm 36 rooms with a total of 136 student lockers. Dorm B Male Dorm 40 rooms with a total of 152 student lockers. And Dorm C Male Dorm 40 rooms and also 152 lockers in total. In total the student entrance doors and student closet locker doors will need new cores changes. Note: see the attached floor plans for all three dorms as to field verify the exact locations of rooms to have lock changes occur. The St Louis Job Corps Center presently uses the BEST Lock System at the dormitories discussed. The proposed plan is to insure each student locker key is individually keyed and will pass through the room hall entrance door they live but NO other rooms or other student's lockers. The Residential Staff can enter the rooms but Not the students Lockers. A sub master key system is also in need for Residential Management Staff a total of ten (10) Sub master keys per dorm. In addition the expectation is that the Maintenance Staff will be able to service the locks and cores into the future -so Best lock Core training is included in this scope of work. A more detailed description of the work is found in Part IV (Extent of Work) of the solicitation. A site walkthrough will be held on January 14, 2016 at 10am.
