- RFQ-DC-16-00061 Brattleboro Whetstone Brook Corridor Project Area Map 2 Brattleboro Whetstone Brook Corridor Project Area Map 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ-DC-16-00061 and is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), in conjunction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83 (which includes FAC 2005-84 effective 05 Oct 2015). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620. This is a total small business set-aside.
