- Solicitation W91QVN-16-R-0023 Submittal Register Solicitation W91QVN-16-R-0023 Drawings Solicitation W91QVN-16-R-0023 Please refer to attached solicitation W91QVN-16-R-0023 for CY 16 Logistics Cost Sharing (LCS) SMYU06-8602, Repair Eroding Retaining Wall & Storm Drainage, B251 Osan AB, Korea. This is a Work Plan task order for the following MATOC Contractors Only: W91QVN-14-D-0031, 0032, 0033, 0034, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, and 0039. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this soliciation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification Card when attending the site visit orientation. This solicitation is conducted under the lCS program and will result in a contract between the Government of the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the contractor. No appropriated funds of the United States (US) shall be obligated for payment due under this contract. See Section L, Instructions to Offerors, for submission requirments related to LCS solicitations. Proposals/offers are due by 04 January 2016, 1300 hours (1:00 PM) Korean Standard Time.
