- **SEE BELOW FOR SITE VISIT INFORMATION** MICC Fort McCoy intends to post solicitation #W911SA-16-T-0020 on or near 14 December 2015 for Industrial Wood Waste Grinding in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide Industrial Wood Waste Grinding, in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 01 March 2016 (or subsequent date) through 28 February 2017 with four (4) one year options and a six month option to extend services. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code 113310 with a size standard of 500 employees. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. **SITE VISIT: A Site Visit is scheduled for this requirement as follows: Date: December 15, 2015 Time: 9:00AM (CST) to 11:00AM (CST) Location: 1108 South R Street; Fort McCoy, WI 54656 For Site Visit information, see Site Visit clause 52.237-1, unless you already have a permanent vehicle pass, you will be required to obtain a one-day vehicle pass. You will be required to present the following information: (1) vehicle registration, (2) valid driver’s license, (3) or car rental agreement (if applicable). Attendees at the pre-proposal conference/site visit are cautioned that the Government will not wait for anyone who is late or lost and will not hold another pre-proposal conference/site visit. Remarks, explanations and answers provided by Government representatives before, during and after the site visit shall not change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of the solicitation. The solicitation can only be changed by a formal written amendment issued by the Fort McCoy Contracting Office.
