- Description
- NASA/KSC plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial Services for Academy of Program, Project, and Engineering Leadership (APPEL). This potential contract will require contractor support in including but not limited to, managing, reviewing, evaluating, implementing APPELs Career Development (CD) and Knowledge Sharing (KS) processes and activities that align with the NASA Mission. NASA/KSC intends to issue a single award Fixed Price contract with cost reimbursable CLINs. This contract will have a 1 year base period and 4 one-year options. This procurement is a total small business set-aside and is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. Offerors are solicited only from small business concerns expressly certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the SBA 8(a) program. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 611430 and $11 Million respectively. The anticipated release date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) NNK16545403R is on or about 12/11/2015 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about 01/15/2015. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note B. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA Business Opportunities page is http://procurement.na sa.gov/cgi-bin/EPS/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
