- The solicitation number W31P4Q-15-R-0047 (previous) has changed to solicitation number W31P4Q-16-R-0019(current). The Army Contracting Command-Redstone amended the synopsis to revise the issue date of solicitation number W31P4Q-16-R-0019 (previously W31P4Q-15-R-0047) from 3 December 2015 to 17 December 2015 with a closing date 30 days after issuance. This effort is for the Tube Launched Optically-Tracked Wireless Guided (TOW) Missile Forward-Ogive Ballast. Army Part Number (APN) 13684339. This requirement is to include three (3) First Article Test units, with inspection to be conducted at the contractor's facility to verify compliance with the requirements identified in U.S. Army drawing 13684339. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Arsenal, AL. A base FY 16 quantity of 2,500 each (EA) for production quantity and options quantities FY 16 - FY 18 up to 2,000 with Period of Performance September 2016 - September 2019. The Forward-Ogive Ballast for the TOW Missile is to be built in accordance with (IAW) the Technical Data Package (TDP) under APN 13684339. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated to be awarded by the Government. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and all responsible small businesses may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 336419 which has a corresponding Size Standard in number of 1000 employees.
