- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - Bogota has a requirement for two (2) Light Armored Vehicle Lease for Bogot. SUV Mid-Size Model 2016 or newer. Period of performance will be for a base year and one (1) option as follows: Base: 1 January - 31 December 2016 Option 1: 1 January - 31 December 2017 Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation will be posted on FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting websites on or before 4 December 2015. It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor the websites for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation.
