Coal was shipped via truck/trailor to NSFIH over several months with last shipment arriving April 2014. Coal has remained untouched in an open air stock yard. Site is accessible by truck. Coal size: 1 inch, volatile dry matter (% max): 38.76, Ash dry (%max):7.36, Sulfur dry (% max): 1.31, BTU dry (min.):13738, AST (degrees F):2600, FSI(max): not sampled for as coal was intended for steam generation, Hardgrove grind (Max&Min):46, Screen size (inches/max%retained): 1.02(+2), 92.43(2x1/4), 6.55(1/4x0). Government estimates customer will have to remove an average of 5 semi loads of coal per business day to meet the removal timeframe. R10711887 COAL,BITUMINOUS Trucks are to be weighed empty and after loading. A government scale is available for customer use. Customer to provide all required shipping documents per federal and state regulations (e.g., non-hazardous manifest or bill of lading). Customer is required to complete SECNAV security documents and submit to the local POC for processing at least 5 business days prior to visit. Proper forms to be supplied by generator once contract is established. Customer must provide proof of insurance, vehicle registration and valid driver's license when receiving a visitor's badge for the day. Visitor badges expire after 5 business days, after that, the customer will have to return to the pass office and obtain a new badge. Customer supplies licensed and insured transport vehicles and all necessary supply equipment, e.g., covered trailers, rolloffs, etc. Inspection Inspection hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00PM, excluding holidays and weekends.
