- J&A The contractor shall provide the USACE Philadelphia District with a DISA approved SIPRNet Flyaway Kit (SFK) with manufacturer standard warranties to support the USACE Philadelphia District mission. The purpose for this Statement of Work is to provide the requirements for a DISA approved SIPRNet Flyaway Kit (SFK) consisting of a light ruggedized laptop, Talon2 cryptographic token (TCT), Cisco ASA 5505 VPN appliance, peripherals, and manufacturer's warranty to support the USACE Philadelphia District that complies with the approved secure hardware and software standards established by DISA.
